All the discussion on the so trade bill has brought to a head the fact that Congress is not only not listening to the American People, but are in OPEN DEFIANCE to the Will of the People. When things have become so upside down that Conservatives are on the same side with Unions and Nancy Pelosi, and are on the complete opposite side of the John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan and many others, it brings a clear indication that we need MAJOR Change in the Congress.

For many years now I have been saying that the only way to change things in this country is start at the LOCAL and STATE Level. We need to change the culture of things at the Local levels of Government, but DEMANDING, not just asking, for changes to how things are done so as to start the LONG Process back to the Limited Form of Government that our Founders gave us. Then once we secure the local governments, city, town and county, then we move to the State Level. This process in both the local and state can be initiated and put in motion at the same time if the situation allows for it.

The two most important areas that “We the People” must regain control over are Education and the Media Message. Today we do not have Public Schools. They have been transformed over the past 50 years into Liberal Left Wing Public Indoctrination Centers. We must start DEMANDING that Local Schools return to Educating our young people, giving them real skills to become productive citizens. In the area of the Media Message, I am not advocating that we try to change the Liberal Lame Stream Mafia Media, but that through all other forms of Media, Internet and more, that we go on a Major Campaign to Change the Message that we have today, using all those forms available in an Effective Manor. That is what we MUST DO.

This will create the beginnings of a MOVEMENT in this country, to “TAKE BACK OUR NATION.” This movement may or may not, result in a New Political Party. That will be determined as things move forward, since the real agenda is to change the direction of this nation back to what our Founders gave us. For all the skeptics that may look at this idea say it won’t work because most people will not get behind it, keep in mind that back in the late 1700’s when this Nation was formed, only about “Five Percent” of the people were actively involved. It is not the numbers that matter, it is the RESOLVE of those who are involved to SUCCEED.

Once we have gained control at the Local and State Levels in enough States, then we are ready to tackle the Federal Government. By tackle it, I DO NOT MEAN REFORM it, because we have been trying to reform it for many decades and it has not only not gotten better, it have progressively gotten worse. We must REPLACE it, with a real Citizen Legislature. The reason that reforming the Federal Government is not possible, is because it is controlled by Career Politicians, who have reached the point long ago that they stopped listening to the people, but in the last two decades, have shown OPEN DEFIANCE to the will of the People. By regaining control of the local and state governments, we also regain control of the Tenth Amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

We must take back all the Power the Federal Government has USURPED or that the States have Voluntarily given to the Feds, and return the Federal Government back to what its Constitutional Powers are. One of the main ones is protecting this country from all enemies Foreign and Domestic that the Feds have been Derelict in their Duty to do.

This is not a plan, but is a Concept to build a Plan on. It is the seed to rebuild this nation back to the Republic that we once had, and return the Freedoms that we have been granted by our Constitution back to the People. This nation was formed not from a top down, but from the bottom up, meaning a Grassroots Effort. We as a people must return to that Grassroots Effort, and Refuse to be Denied Victory, just as our Founders who went up against Great Odds against Britain did. Many of you are saying, who will lead this effort. The answer to that must be US, and as we start this grassroots effort, the leaders will emerge.

Everyone in every State must rise up in their own areas, City, Town and County, and start the process of removing and replacing ALL local officials who are in Direct Defiance of the Constitution and Will of the People, and then move from that to doing the same in their State Governments.

Some of you now have bought into the concept that “You can’t Fight City Hall”. Well I once thought that way, and about ten years ago, decided to take on both our local Township Government, on some issues and proceeded to start the process of educating the people in the township as to the dangers of what the township was attempting to do, and backed it up with the facts. This startled the local officials who were attempting ram rod their agenda, and forced them to take a different course of action. A short time later the County was attempting to force a Major Destructive Road Project though. I and a few others joined forces and fought this, by organizing and holding our own meetings with the people affected, so as to not only inform them, as the county was trying to keep this a secret, but to formulate a plan of attack. Part of our plan involved getting this out on the Local TV stations, who then went to the County Highway Commissioner. This Forced the County to do a MAJOR Revision of their plans. I have only illustrated this to show that it is not only possible, but that you can BEAT CITY HALL. To make this succeed, it can’t be a hit or miss event, but must be made into a Nation Wide Approach.

In ALL of our Founding Documents it refers to “We the People,” Not “We the Government.” I will conclude this with the Declaration of Independence, as that is what this again about, only this time the Tyranny is not from a Foreign Government, but our own Government.

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. –Such has been the patient sufferance of these colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. He has refused his assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands.
He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers.
He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislature.
He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:

He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow citizens taken captive on the high seas to bear arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have we been wanting in attention to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends.
We, therefore, the representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these colonies, solemnly publish and declare, that these united colonies are, and of right ought to be free and independent states; that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the state of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do.
